If we put the organic matter like peels of fruits and vegetables, kitchen and garden waste, rotten fruits etc. and leave it for some days, then we will observe that the compost manure is made. It is because the micro organisms living in the soil spit enzymes on the organic matter and decompose it to form compost. Actually, the enzymes have the decomposing material which react with oxygen and matter to produce compost.
