Echo is repetation of original sound due to some surface. To hear a distinct echo the minimum distance between the source of sound and obstacle should be 17.2 m (assuming the room temp as 22°) . This condition is well satisfied in Golghumat as the ceiling is high and distance is more than 17.2 m, and hence the echo is produced in Golghumat.
