Hey MATE!!

Electron affinity increases as we start removing electrons from a molecule or atom.

Since O2+ is having the highest deficiency of electron therefore it shows higher affinity towards electrons as compared to O+ and O.

Since O2- is electron rich therefore it stops electrons to enter its orbit hence it does have least electron affinity.
