Answer:

Energy is passed between organisms through the food chain. Food chains start with producers. They are eaten by primary consumers which are in turn eaten by secondary consumers.

They are then eaten by tertiary consumers and in a long food day these can be eaten by quaternary consumers.

Hope it helps you:)

Energy transformation from one organism to another.

EXPLANATION:

  • Generally, approximately ten percentage of the energy from one level of the chain makes it to the following.
  • Because energy is misplaced with every successive link, there should be enough energy in the organisms to allow for this loss and to have enough energy closing for the consumers inside the subsequent level.
  • Energy is surpassed between organisms through the food chain.
  • Food chains start with producers.
  • They are eaten by means of number one clients(primary consumers) which might be in flip eaten through secondary consumers.
  • They are then eaten by means of tertiary consumers and in an extended meals day these may be eaten by means of quaternary consumers.
  • Each degree of a meals chain is known as a trophic level.
  • When producers or consumers die they may be eaten up by means of decomposers.
  • Decomposers spoil complicated substances into simple components after producers and consumers die, the usage of the energy they comprise.
  • In this manner, minerals and elements needed by organisms are released in a shape that may be absorbed by using them.
