the  plant has vascular bundles called phloem which has pipe like structure. it transports the food made by the leaves of the plant to other parts of plant

Food is transported in plants to phloem which consists of sieve tubes and companion cells.

The food prepared in leaves is in the soluble form i.e, glucose.

Active transport of food passes it to all other parts of plants.
