Hey mate !!

Food is transported in Plants with the help of Phloem, a conducting tissue which transports food from leaves to storage organs of the plant. Whereas water is transported with the help of Xylem, conducting tissue that transports water from root to the Ariel parts of the plant.

phloem transports the food materials from the leaves to different parts of the plant. ATP provides the energy to phloem cells for the transportation food materials this energy creates and osmotic pressure and the food is transported from area of higher concentration to lower concentration.
