how is green manure different from ordinary manure

Green manure is made up of natural things like vegetable waste, cow dung, etc. It does not harm the plant in any respect. It don't have side effects. The Green manure is rich in nutrients and minerals. It is so much better than the ordinary manure. ordinary manure don't have this many advantages.
