India's central location is favourable as it lies in the centre of the Asia but was extended towards the south. From the land boundary country can trade through west, east and central Asia and Europe. From the water boundary country can trade with Africa and Australia

India is centrally located on the world map. It is in northern hemisphere towards North. The tropic of cancer divides it into two equal halves. Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar, share the land boundary with India.
