we need a representative to run a government because without representatives we do not
elect anybody and if we doesn't elect anybody government is impossible to run .
both representatives and governments are interdependent on each other , without representatives government can't work . when we choose a elected representatives to form his or her as legislature without legislature govt is incomplete.
