The internet is not produced from anywhere. There isn't any specific point of production of the internet. Now you will ask that if internet cant be produced then how are we accessing it? I dont want to make my answer complex so I will keep it simple. There are internet sevice providers (ISPs) of different tiers which serves only the service of accessing internet. They are just providing us spectrum or a network to transfer informations among computers.
