ear,

Checking in CBSE board is Average not so lenient, not so Strict. CBSE allows the students to score the marks themselves rather than providing additional marks. The CBSE board do step marking for eg. If your final answer is right but steps are wrong then your marks are likely to be deduct.

The CBSE board hires experienced teachers from various CBSE schools to evaluate answer booklets after they are done with the Examinatiom.

The board provides short documents to the teachers involved in the evaluation process. Besides important guidelines, these documents detail about the Marking Scheme.

Thus CBSE board give student chance to score themselves. If he had attempted the questions in right way but do not reaches final answer , still he will get marks.

All the best

According to my knowledge there is no different .And 20 marks are for your internal assessment. So if u did good in school than u might score 20 out of 20 or at least 18.

Thank you

and best of luck for tommorows exam
