- Lactobacillus is a micro-organism and other commonly called lactic acid bacteria(LAB) is the main ingredient to convert milk into curd.
- The acids produced by the LAB during growth that thoroughly mix with milk and digest part of milk proteins.
- To the fresh milk a small amount of milk was added at a suitable temperature, that is converting milk into curd which also improves nutritional value by increasing vitamin-B12.
- In stomach, the LAB play other options are not related with LAB bacteria beneficial role in checking disease causing microbes.
