How is levelling different from ploughing? What is the significance of the process mentioned?

levelling means parallel to land .
ploughing means easily to increase soil fertility..

Ploughing is different from levelling because ploughing is done by equipment – Wood or Iron phlough pulled by oxen or tractor.
