b) secondly his indiscriminate building activities not only swallow the land but they also render the surroundings land degraded

c) thirdly the dirty and poisonous effluents of his factories which go on collecting in his surrounding areas completely degrade lands and render them waste

d) not only this the dumping of city wastes on any land completely leads to its degradation
