Answer

It's estimated that transporting a molecule oxygen through diffusion would take 3 years to be transported from lungs to our toes. Hence, respiratory pigment are present in animals to transport oxygen.

In humans, a respiratory pigment, called haemoglobin, is present in RBCs which transports oxygen to various tissues of the body. A molecule of haemoglobin can bind up to 4 molecules of oxygen and transports them.

Carbon dioxide, however, is more soluble in water. hence it's transported mainly in dissolved form in blood plasma in the form of mainly as bicarbonate.

Answer:

O2 is transported through red blood cells . As we know blood through tissuues of our body through which O2 is directly diffuse into blood from cell and CO2 is is present in our blood (plasma) in dissolved form .It is transported from body tissues to lungs where it diffuse from blood to air in lungs and then expelled out through our nostrils .
