The dissolved organic matter in waste water is consists mainly of protein (about 40 to 50 %) carbohydrates ( about 25 to 50%) and oil and fats ( about 10%) . Fat ,oil , and grease contained in this type of waste water need to be seperated before reuse in a closed loop process or discharged into the sewage system.

Hope it's helps you.
