The priority is decided on the basis of CIP rule.
In this we have to look at the atomic no. as the first point of observation and then mass no. later if there are similar groups.
Then we have to eliminate the group having least priority.
And then if the numbering came up with in an clockwise manner it is R and if in an anti- clockwise manner it is an S.
