Your pulse is your heart rate, or the number of times your heart beats in one minute. Pulse rates vary from person to person.

for adults : 60- 100 bpm

for children : 70- 100 bpm

Heart rate is the number of times per minute that heart contracts - the no of heart rates per minute(bpm).

pulse is the mechanical pulse of blood flow through the capillaries caused by the contraction of the heart per minute.

the pulse rate of a normal resting person is between 60 to 100 beats per minute.
