ur answer

The metal such as iron, zinc, lead and copper are moderately reactive. ... Sulphide ores are usually roasted and converted to the oxide or sulphate form. ... The reduction of a metal oxide to form metal by using aluminium powder as a reducing agent is called thermite reaction.

1.)Many metals such as copper, zinc, tin, nickel, silver, gold, etc.are refined (purified) electrolytically.  2.)The impure metal is made the anode and thin strip of pure metal is made cathode. A solution of the metal salt is used as electrolyte.  3.) On passing the current through the electrolyte, the pure metal from the anode dissolves into the electrolyte.  4.) An equivalent amount of pure metal from the electrolyte is deposited on the cathode.  5.) The soluble impurities go into the solution whereas, the insoluble impurities settle down at the bottom of the anode and are known as anode mud. HOPE IT HELPS YOU!! Plz mark it as BRAINLIEST
