Answer:

Heat from the Sun turns moisture (water) from plants and leaves, as well as oceans, lakes, and rivers, into water vapour (gas), which disappears into the air. This vapour rises, cools, and changes into tiny water droplets, which form clouds. ... When the water droplets get too large and heavy, they fall as rain.

Answer:

SEVERAL THINGS FIRST

Explanation:

Water evaporates from the earths surface from several places

1. Trees - transpiration

2. Oceans and seas

Now this water rises up into the ATMOSPHERE and condenses because it is very cold up there. It forms clouds by clinging to dust particles up there.

Then as the cloud becomes saturated with water it becomes heavy and ultimately it rains. This precipitation can be as rain or snow depending on temperature.

VERY COOL RIGHT?
