In Stomach:--

The wall of stomach contain gastric gland which secret gastric juice. Gastric juice contain Enzymes and an acid that is HCl which maintain the pH of stomach.

when the secretion of HCl increase causing acidity then NaHCO3 is used as antacid to maintain pH in Stomach.

In Small intestine:-

Small intestine receive the juices coming from liver, pancreas and of it own.

since pancreatic juice is acidic in nature it creates acidic medium but the secretion of liver that is bile juice is basic in nature form alkline medium in small intestine

HOPE IT HELPS :)
