Hi,
=======:
Here is your answer,
=======:
We can define paunga as :
1. The pungi is typically one to two feet in length.
2. It consists of two reeds or bamboo tubes. One of which is for the melody and the other is for the drone.
3. These are attached to a larger cavity made of gourd or coconut. Inside of which are two reeds.
4. These reeds vibrate when air is passed over them.
We can also define it describes shehnai as :
1. This tubular instrument gradually broadens towards the lower end.
2. It usually has between six and nine holes. It employs one set of quadruple reeds, making it a quadruple reed woodwind.
3.By controlling the breath, various tunes can be played on it.

You have asked the question in which the word is punga but it is pungi.
Now
SHEHNAI is an improved version of PUNGI as it has a better tonal quality than pungi. It is a natural hollow stem pipe with 7 holes on its body and is longer and broader than pungi.
