(1) Many people who belong to lower class are excluded from many government services.
(2) They are forbidden from getting addmission in schools.
(3) Some companies doesn't gives employment to people who belongs to lower cast or poor family background.
(4)If they will not be uplifted then the number of poor in the country will remain same or may be increase.
