the production of urine is regulated by more than 1  factor ,ie,
-hormonal feedback mechanisum involving  antidiuretic factor or vasso pressin
-rennin angio-tensin mechanisum
-by releasing atrial natriuretic factor

How is the amount of urine produced regulated ?

\bf\huge\underline\green{Answer}

The amount of urine produced is controlled by an anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) produced by the anterior pituitary gland. If excess of water is present in the blood, then a more dilute urine is excreted, i.e., less of water is reabsorbed and more of it is excreted out. In case of less content in blood, concentrated urine is excreted. This process is called osmoregulation.
