The amount of unrine produced is regulated by the kidney. it is depend on the quantity of excess water and amount of dissolved wastes in water.
(i) quantity of water- when there is abundant water in body tissues then more amount of dilute urine is excreted out. when there is less quantity of water in body then less amount of concentrated urine is excreted out.
(ii) amount of dissolved wastes- wastes such as nitrogenous wastes such as urea, uric acid are excreted out from the body. If there is more amount of nitrogenous wastes present in our body then more water is required to excrete them . Hence the amount of urine produced is increases.
