The Indian Constitution grants fundamental rights to every citizen. It ensures the liberty and freedom of each individual. At the same time it does not allow unlimited freedom. That means one person is not allowed to encroach on the other person's right. One person's right ends where the other person's right begins. In this way a balance between liberty and unlimited freedom is achieved.
