The blood group of a person decided by two proteins called antigens and antibodies.
The blood with antigen A and antibody b is A
The blood with antigen B and antibody a is B
The blood with antigens A and B and no antibody is AB
The blood group with antibodies a and b and no antigens is called O
Now there is another antigen called Rh positive. This Antigen comes from the monkey Rhesus. If this antigen is in your blood, your blood group is positive, else negative.
