How is the energy of a photon related to its wavelength?

Energy=h×frequency
(Where h is planks constant)
Speedof photon= speed of light
Speed of light= frequency×wavelength
So, frequency=Speed of light/wavelength
So, Energy=hc/wavelength
(Where c is speed of light)
