What I will do is,move to peoples and have talk I know it is difficult but I will try.I will call my loved ones or meet them to reduce my stress.
I will watch funny videos and inspirational videos that will help with my humour and mind motivation.
I will think all happy moments of my life and those special persons like my mom and dad who gave me so much.
I will think that If I will remain sad and negative it will surely trouble my work and my surroundings.
I will do some creative work or listen to music which refreshes me and I will try to reduce my stress.
Well,that is what I will do,I hope it helped,hit a thanks!

Negativity, frustration, unwillingness, irritability, unwanted sadness and impatience is what depression is all about.
First of all, you need to understand the difference between "Sadness" and "Depression".
- Sadness is a normal human emotion that occurs frequently at times of disappointment about a particular thing/event.
On the other hand, depression is NOT a normal emotional state; it is mental illness! And it doesn't require a particular reason to be sad. You can refer it as "unwanted sadness". A person suffering from depression would lose interest in probably everything. Therefore depression should not be mistook with sadness because it's a mental illness which require a medical attention.
Well, I am not psychiatrist and I don't presume myself to solve all your problems but here are some ways that can help you to cope with that "unwanted sadness". However if you think it's serious that I'll always prefer to visit a expert (psychiatrist) instead.
Here it goes..
•Be Optimistic: Always have a positive/cheerful outlook towards life. For example instead of saying, " I am worthless", say "I am important".For being optimistic stay with people who too have a positive outlook. On spending more time with postive people rather than negative ones, you will observe a change in your's behaviour just because of the influence that they will have on you.
•Meditation/proper diet : Deep breathing and yoga are some basic ways relax your body. Beleive me, nothing is more healing than meditation and. It gives you strength and energy. Most importantly it teaches you how to "love yourself!"
• Stay connected: Despite of that feeling of being alone all the time, you must try to stay connected with your family, friends or any person who makes you feel good and with whom you can openly share what's going on in your mind.Stay socially-connected wheather it's on the internet (sometimes you find better people in social networks than you do in real life^^")
•Stop taking stress: Don't take much workload on you. Say no to stress :sleepy:. I am not saying to just completely adopt an ideal life, but don't give much stress all over at once to that pretty little mind of your's. Stay cool, be happy. ;)
•Take out time for yourself: Ignoring your busy schedule, take out some time for yourself i.e. to practise your hobbies (whatever it might be, like dance, singing, reading, cooking, playing, collecting things, anything!) But, reading good books, not that emotional dramas..it will make you more depressed^^"And yeah, never ever try to escape reality¡
☆Start loving yourself, not others ♡
Imagine your life like a cricket match, you are the batsman, but there is no wicket or wicketkeeper. Those balls thrown to you are the "opportunities", its possible that you may miss some..but it doesn't means that you will start losing all your hopes, instead you should try your best to strike a sixer in your next ball/opportunity :)
