Rain is called divine because poor farmers become happy when they got some water by rain on their fields.Its a blessing by god from them.Some places first rain is also celerated.Rain is very important for people who do not get water everytime.We get water 24 hours.So we cant know what difficulty did poor people face.Thus rain is described as divine

rain is a divine one because with the help of rain only we are able to maintain the water cycle . if the water cycle gets affected whole system will be affected which leads to global warming and main thing we need to live is food for this cultivation and growing of crops depends on rain
