☆Basically if we broadly observe ..here....
the concept is that ...Inequality always reverse or change its direction ..when there is multiplication of negative sign on the RHS AND LHS of the inequality....
☆Let's consider a example :-
we know that
4 < 5 .....
☆but actually....
-4 > -5....
☆So there reverse in inequality sign..
☆According to the question ..
16 - 4k > 0
===>
-4k > -16
☆multiplying by negative sign ...
4k < 16
☆so here ....
k < 4....
