urine are formed in kidneys through a filtration of blood......during urination the urine is passsd from the bladder through the urethra to the outside of body.......

Nephrons are the basic filteration units. As the blood flows through the glomerulus in nephrons, nitrogenous waste gets filtered and urine is produced. This happens so under the high pressure present in the glomerulus which is a knot of blood vessels.
