Villages are laid back and calm places, While cities are uptight, Work in villages begin early and ends early in contrast to the city, People in villages are dependent very much on each other, While in the city there are rare interactions among people, Work life balance is better in villages as compared to cities.Never heard of rivalry among coworkers in villages which is very common in cities, Future prospects in terms of career is much higher in cities.
