Listen u r correct but inn today's generation its very tough to minimize its use ....so according to me while studying switch it off

First a fall if you r addicted to the phone then u should very slowly make the time short and yes a big problem never keep your phone near u when u study .
If u want to focus on studies then u have to make your mobile your enemy but after all if you get good marks in exams then make your mobile your friend again .
