these both are desert.but laddakh is the coldest desert.sahara is very hot desert.they both have less population.many people come to visit laddakh as tourist to enjoy the cold weather.few people come to visit sahara as only some want to enjoy hot weather.

Ladakh is a cold desert whereas Sahara is the hottest and largest desert in the world. Therefore, there are more chances of cold in Ladakh and it will be freezing and hence hot clothes should be worn. In Sahara, light clothes should be worn to resist the heat.
