2. Your body. Can you lift it with one finger without moving your hand or without moving your arm or with your arm or with two arms or with both arms locked against your body and using your legs?


 No?, then it is greater than X pounds. If Yes at any point in the above question then you know the approx. weight.


3. Water displacement.  Throw the item in a bathtub and see how much water it displaces. 1 gallon displaces: 8 pounds water, 3 pounds wood, 66 pounds steel, 20 pounds concrete, and most importantly 3 pounds shredded coconut.
