current is basically the rate of charge flow.
So basically I=Q/TI=Q/T C/sec
So, putting your values:
I=0.005I=0.005 Amp.
Q= 15 C
Putting these values, 0.005=15/T0.005=15/T
That gives, T =15/0.005Sec15/0.005Sec
T= 3000 sec = 50 minutes
