The current is directly proportional to the voltage and inversely proportional to the resistance. Any alteration in the voltage will result in the same alteration of thecurrent. So doubling or tripling the voltage will cause the current to be doubled or tripled.

Answer:

We know that, q=ne

Also, I = q/t

Hence t = ne/I = (1019 x 1.6 x10-19) / 8 = 0.2 s

Hope this helps u ...
