Principle = rs 12600
Rate of interest per annum = 9%
Amount = rs 15624
Therefore,
 S.I =amount - principle
=15624 - 12600
=3024
So,time = S.I x 100/ R x P
=3024 x 100/ 9 x 12600
=8/3 hours
It can also be written as 2 2/3 hours...

Given
SUM=12600
AMOUNT =15624
RATE=9%
Si=15624-12600=3024
Si=PRT/100

3024=12600x9xt/100

T=3024x100/12600x9

=24/9 = 8/3 =2 yr 2/3
T=2 year 8 months
