in 12 hour clock counting from 1 to 12 is done twice frommidnight 12 o'clock to noon 12 o'clock and from noon 12 o'clock to Midnight 12 o'clock. but in 24 hour clock from midnight 12 o'clock to next midnight 12 o'clock 1 to 24 counting is done.
