QUESTION:

How many 1/16kg boxes of chocolates can be made with 2 3/4kg chocolates ?

ANSWER:

1/16 kg chocolates to be filled in 1 box.

∴ 1 kg chocolates to be filled in 1 ÷ 1/16 = 1 × 16 = 16 boxes.

Now, 1 1/2 kg chocolates to be filled in 16 x 1 1/2 = 16 x 3/2 = 24 boxes
