Hi ,
dimensions of the cubiod = 18m × 12m × 9m
length of the each side of the cube = a = 3 m
Let the number of cubes cut from given
cuboid = n
n = ( volume of the cubiod ) / ( volume of cube )
n = ( lbh ) / a³
n = ( 18 × 12 × 9 ) / 3³
n = ( 18 × 12 × 9 ) / ( 3 × 3 × 3 )
n = 72
Therefore ,
Number of cubes cut from the cuboid = n = 72
I hope this helps you.
