Molar mass = 16 g
No : of moles = Given mass / Molar mass
= 16 / 16 = 1 mole

No : of particles (atoms ) = No: of moles × Avogadro no :
= 1 × 6.022 × 10²³
= 6.022 × 10²³ atoms
