Why should a government guarantee the fulfillment Of minimum needs of everyone? Your view point

A government is obliged to fulfill every citizens needs as it is the duty of a democratic government to do so. the citizens of our country pay taxes so that the government is able to fulfill their needs, I.e., we pay taxes to fund the governments developments. And also , if every need of a citizen is fulfilled , this would also help to maintain a happy and healthy population that gives the nation a good human resource, which helps our nation develop.
