Majorly, communication process has five or six attributes which affects the communication. These are:

• Transactional:  

Communication takes a tour from sender to receiver of the message. So transactional way impacts the communication is both the ways.  

• Affective:

Non-verbal communication or emotional responses somewhere affects the communication process on the both sides. To make communication effective use the appropriate channel.

• Personal :

People make the message in their own satisfying way. They use verbal and non-verbal communications to deliver their desired message which makes communication personal.

• Dynamic:  

Communication is dynamic in nature as studied transactional part, it is clear from that.  

• Instrumental :

It is another way of communicating using environment instruments.  

• Consummatory :

It is a satisfying way of delivering messages.
