Brainlynostalgia: Depends on volume of one drop. Make clear what is volume of a drop you meant.

There are normally between 4x109 and 11x109 white blood cells in a litre of healthy adult blood - about 7,000 to25,000 white blood cells per drop. In conditions such as leukaemia this may rise to as many as 50,000 white blood cells in a single drop of blood.

It depends on how big the drop of blood is

However, in a typical drop of blood

4.5–5.5 million RBCs per mm^3 in males, and;

3.5–5.0 million RBCs per mm^3 in females

if u like my answer then mark as brainy

Brainlynostalgia: But a mm^3 is not a drop though.
