The length of brick = 20cm
The breadth of brick = 10cm
So, The area covered by 1 brick = l×b = 20×10 = 200 cm².
The length of a floor = 25m = 25×100 = 2500 cm.
The Width of a floor = 16m = 16×100 = 1600 cm
The Area of floor of the room = l×b = 2500×1600 = 40,00,000 cm².
So, The total no. of bricks those cover the total area of floor = 40,00,000÷200 = 20,000 Bricks
Given cost of each Brick = 12.50 rupees.
Total cost = 20,000×12.50 = 2,50,000 rupees.
