when we inflate carbon dioxide in balloon it does not fly in air . whereas when we put nitrogen in the balloon it fly's is in air . Why does it happens so?

It is because the carbon dioxide is comparitevly heavier than some other gases and nitrogen is lighter and lighter substance always go upward. So, balloon filled with carbon dioxide does not fly and nitrogen filled balloon fly
