wall;
l=8m=800cm
h=6m=600cm
b=22.5cm
volume of the wall=lbh
                                =800*600*22.5
                                =10800000centi metre cube
brick;
l=25cm
b=11.25cm
h=6cm
volume=lbh
             =25*11.25*6
             =1687.5 centi metre cube
therefore number of bricks=volume of wall/volume of 1 brick
                                              = 10800000/1687.5
                                              =6400 bricks
therefore number of bricks is 6400 bricks

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

Dimensions of Wall :-

Length of wall = 8 m

Height of wall = 6 m

Width of wall = 22.5 m

Dimensions of bricks :-

25 cm × 11.25 cm × 6 cm

To Find :-

Number of bricks

Solution :-

Volume of one brick = (25 × 11.25 × 6) cm³

Volume of the wall = (800 × 600 × 22.5) cm³

Number of bricks = Volume of the walls/ Volume of one brick

Number of bricks =  800 × 600 × 22.5 / 25 × 11.25 × 6

Number of bricks = 6400

Hence, 6400 bricks will be required to build a wall.
