Volume of External dimensions = 36cm * 25cm * 16.5 cm =14850 cm cube

Internal Volume = (36-3) * (25-3)* (16.5 -1.5) =
33 * 22 *  15 =10890 cm cube

Volume of metal = External Volume - Internal Volume=14850-10890=3960 cm cube

∴The weight of the box = 3960 cm cube 7.5=29700g= 29.7kg

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER

Volume of External dimensions = 36cm * 25cm * 16.5 cm =14850 cm cube

Internal Volume = (36-3) * (25-3)* (16.5 -1.5) =33 * 22 *  15 =10890 cm cube

Volume of metal = External Volume - Internal Volume=14850-10890=3960 cm cube

∴The weight of the box = 3960 cm cube 7.5=29700g= 29.7kg
